We do not guarantee academic, professional, or exam outcomes.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Inlearn.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant Inlearn a limited license to process, store, analyze, and use it to provide the Service to you.

You confirm that you have the right to upload the content and that it does not violate laws or third-party rights.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload illegal content or copyrighted content without permission, use Inlearn to cheat or violate academic integrity rules, attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the Service, or use the Service for harmful, abusive, or illegal activities.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe); we do not store your credit card information.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled.

Inlearn, its software, UI, and branding are owned by Inlearn. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Inlearn is not liable for data loss, academic or financial outcomes, or errors in AI-generated content. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence unless otherwise required by law.
